I believe that growth speeds up when we're self aware and reflective. So, I'm going to take a moment at the end of each month to look back and review what my month was like. I'll answer the same questions each month so I can track how things change/evolve over time
Word of the month: Patience, patience with my healing hip and short workouts
Jamming out to: LP, Into the Wild
Sleeping: Lot's of nightmares, not sure why
Reading: Finished, A Life Without Limits: A Champion's Journey, Started, Born to Run
Craving: Pumpkin!
Nutrition: Nonexistent, no need with just 30-35 minute workouts
Feeling:
Swim- stronger, faster, more confident
Bike- cautious, don't want to push too hard (also feeling frustrated with this)
Run- tight hamstrings but gloriously happy to be running
High- Getting 6th place in my age group at Keller Monster Tri
Low- Learning that my aero bars won't really do me any good on my road bike
