Craving: Pumpkin!
Nutrition: Nonexistent, no need with just 30-35 minute workouts
Feeling:
Swim- stronger, faster, more confident
Bike- cautious, don't want to push too hard (also feeling frustrated with this)
Run- tight hamstrings but gloriously happy to be running
High- Getting 6th place in my age group at Keller Monster Tri
Low- Learning that my aero bars won't really do me any good on my road bike
